See the Full Picture of Your Health
Feeling well is a good start. A panel adds context on blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, kidney, and blood cells — information to take to your clinician, not a reason to panic.

Preventive testing is about preparation, not panic. You don’t have to assume something is wrong to become curious. The right tests can describe a baseline and surface questions worth taking to a healthcare professional.
Feeling good is a great start. Knowing why is even better.
Some health changes happen without obvious symptoms. Blood tests can offer useful information about blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid function, and more. Think of it as gathering information, not looking for something to worry about.
Different markers, different questions
- Blood sugar. HbA1c shows an average over the past few months, not only how you felt this morning.
- Cholesterol and triglycerides. These are blood fats linked to heart health. You can’t feel them. You can measure them on a lipid panel.
- Thyroid, kidney, and blood markers. These relate to energy, metabolism, kidney function, and the cells in your blood. Healiam brings 50+ measurements together in one panel.
Questions worth bringing
Take the report to your next appointment. Three questions are enough to start:
01
What do these results mean for me?
A number inside or outside a range still needs your history, medicines, and symptoms beside it.
02
Is anything worth following up on?
Some results are a watch item. Some are a reason to repeat a test or look at a related marker.
03
Which checks make sense for my age and health history?
Screening is not the same list for every person. Your clinician can say what belongs on yours.
Your doctor brings the expertise. Your results start the conversation. Get informed, ask questions, and keep your clinician in it.
