Biometrics
Biometrics are the measurements you enter yourself: weight, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate. They are not run by the laboratory. They sit beside the blood results so a change in how you feel and a change in your labs can be read on the same timeline. Bring a recent home reading, or take one at the visit, and enter it in the Healiam app.
What this group shows
- Blood pressure and heart rate describe the cardiovascular moment. One reading is a snapshot. A series is a trend.
- Oxygen saturation is a pulse-oximeter estimate of how fully hemoglobin is loaded with oxygen.
- Weight and temperature give the rest of the panel context. Fever, dehydration, and a shifting weight all change how other numbers look.

How to use this page
This page explains what the measurement is for. It is educational. Your Healiam report includes the reference interval for your age and sex, and a clinician reads that result with your history, medicines, and the rest of the panel. Talk with a clinician before changing diet, supplements, or treatment because of a number on a report.
